“…Now I understand that in the center of the coaching session is me, and my thoughts, memories, fears, frustrations, but also hopes, desires and dreams … but I am no longer alone in the maze of life and of my mind, because I have Irina alongside me. Irina made me understand the difference between what I want for myself and what others around me want, and the expectations that they have of me. It helped me find myself; redefine my principles and the values I wish to follow in life from now on. It encouraged me to dream and to imagine that things are as I want them to be, to prioritise my activities, to use my time in the most pleasant and efficient way possible.
