EXECUTIVE COACHING PROGRAMS



Coaching for developing specific skills

It focuses on a specific training and it is adapted to the current challenges the manager/director is facing. They can be about client approach, attitude and behavior, how to successfully finalize a project and how to better deal with a negotiation. This type of coaching is established strictly on objectives.

In case of necessary, there can be taken into consideration factors such as the manager/director’s personal development.

Duration: 3-5 sessions or more, depending on the development level of the client.

Performance Coaching

It is addressed to the capacity and ability of the manager/ director to act in an efficient and result-oriented way in his/her current job. It focused on the necessary competencies for the position in which the client is currently in, such as team leadership or motivational abilities. The specific objectives are, usually, of organisational nature.

Duration: a couple of months to a year

Coaching for career advancement

This coaching program is addressed to the manager/director who is soon to be promoted. In this case, an analysis of the necessary abilities is for the future position is made, in comparison to the current abilities. Of course, the coaching may include, with the client’s permission, the elimination of current behaviours which will be of no use in the new position. This program in generally focused on executive development with the purpose of career advancement, in the case of promotion, new type of position, and dealing with downsizing.

Specific manager/director agenda coaching
